Hall had already fought in the boxing ring against Thor Bjornsson, and decided to take on an MMA fight against two smaller opponents in the shape of two influencers.

He first suplexed one before knocking the other out cold in an astonishing turn of events in the final round, which left fans at the Freak Fight League fight night stunned.

But ‘The Beast’ has since admitted he took things a bit too far in the event against the two opponents.

He told ex-UFC legend Demetrious Johnson: “In training we get a lot of picking up and using their body against the other one.

We had a little bit of an agreement in place where I wasn’t allowed to slam them down, so no power bombs were allowed.

“I had to do a lot of training in picking up and then letting go. But the aim was to throw him on the other brother to cause chaos.

“I didn’t quite get that, I picked one up and then went to do the exact same to other one.

“I wanted to do the same but I couldn’t get the grip on his stomach, so I couldn’t do the plan.

But instead he just walked into a shot and I let my hands go and bang.

“We were happy with the game plan, it was five seconds of madness but it went viral and couldn’t have happened any better.”

It was a great moment for Hall, who was delighted in the cage after the bout and once again became an internet sensation.

Things had been tough for the British strongman, who had lost out on huge amounts of money after the cancellation of an MMA tournament in Qatar.

He also did not receive full payment for his defeat to Bjornsson, but is now hopeful of securing his future with new bouts.
