Paul McCartney And Ringo Starr Are Set To Reunite And Release Music Together Later In
The two remaining Beatles, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, are preparing to collaborate on a song slated for release later this year. Since the breakup of the iconic band that made them global stars, the band members have remained reliantly close, and this forthcoming musical drop now gives longtime fans to look forward to.
Since collaborative projects between the former bandmates are infrequent these days, they always invariably spark excitement among fans whenever a new one is announced.
The forthcoming song is bound to resonate with Beatles aficionados as McCartney and Starr team up for a rendition of their timeless classic “Let It Be.” The collaboration doesn’t stop at the two musicians, however, as they’ll be joined by fellow rock legends Peter Frampton and Mick Fleetwood and the one and only Dolly Parton.
The supergroup of sorts are coming together to re-record “Let It Be” for Parton’s forthcoming album Rockstar. The set marks the country favorite’s first foray into rock music, and she’s clearly doing it right.

Parton’s decision to explore this new genre stemmed from her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. After first trying to decline the invitation, she insisted that if she was going to be a part of the legendary organization, she was going to have to earn her spot. Since then, she has been working on compiling Rockstar, and she’s making sure it’s a project filled with plenty of stars from that genre and beyond.

Rockstar is set to include 30 songs, with a healthy mix of covers and originals. Beyond Parton’s genre shift, the set’s cast is a testament to the album’s star power, featuring iconic names including Lizzo, Elton John, Pink, Miley Cyrus, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Sting, and an array of other luminaries.

Scheduled for release in November, anticipation is building around the album’s unveiling, with the question of whether “Let It Be” will debut ahead of the album’s full release still lingering.
